Because true elegance doesn’t end at checkout, Akoya offers a 365 days quality guarantee from the date of purchase giving you peace of mind and reflecting our commitment to excellence in every detail.

- Scope of the Guarantee

The guarantee covers:

• Any manufacturing defect in stitching, fabric, or detailing within one year from the purchase date.

• Any wear or minor deterioration resulting from normal use over time.

• In the event of accidental damage during use, customers may request an exchange under the conditions below.

- Exchange Conditions

1. The exchange request must be submitted within the 365 days guarantee period.

2. Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage must be provided before shipping.

3. Each claim will be reviewed by Akoya’s Quality Team to verify eligibility under the guarantee.

4. Once approved, the item will be exchanged for the same color and model if available, or for a comparable product of equal value.

5. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when shipping damaged items to control and for receiving new items (to and from Akoya).

6. Only one exchange is permitted per order within the guarantee period.

- Exclusions

• Damage caused by improper care or incorrect washing (e.g., hot water, tumble drying, or high-heat ironing).

• Any item that has been altered, stitched, dyed, or modified in any way.

• Sale or promotional items, unless a verified manufacturing defect is present.

• Claims without a valid order number or purchase invoice.

• The guarantee applies only to purchases made through the official Akoya website or authorized retailers.

- How to Submit a Request

1. Contact us via email or our official WhatsApp channel, including your order number.

2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

3. After review, you’ll receive confirmation and return instructions.

4. Once the product is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 10 – 15 business days.
