Refund policy

At Akoya Hijabs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Period: You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Return Request: To initiate a return or refund, please email us at care@akoyahijabs.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary details.

Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Fee: A return processing & handling fee of $7.86 USD will be applied to all returns. This fee and he return shipping label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Refund Processing: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
